Industry is built to produce at scale. Behind a production line there’s efficiency and economics, but also simplicity: repeating a predefined ABC so the project fits the production and not the other way around. A custom product needs R&D and the will to do it, not a production line. Your project can be a one-off, a series of thirty, or the system behind thousands of units, without giving up quality, form, material or process. If the process for what you’ve drawn doesn’t exist, we develop it. If the material you have in mind isn’t the right one, we’ll tell you and steer you toward the one that is.

We’re in the trenches beside you. We sit down with you to understand what you want and why, and help you decide what matters to get there. With time and budget almost anything is possible, but when resources are limited, getting it right from the start matters even more. That’s why we go with you through the whole process.

Your name on the door

Signage

A sign for your store opening, a street market stall or a food truck: how you present your business is unique and shouldn’t be squeezed into templates. For Loveco we made a floating acrylic sign with a sandblasted texture, so the edges and the face had the same satin finish.

Three workshops in one

Accessories and displays

Eyewear displays, card holders and hand mirrors for YUN’s store in Berlin. Some in oak with an acrylic mirror, others as polyurethane positives to cast multiples in Jesmonite. Objects, materials and processes that would normally go to three different workshops were solved in one, hand in hand with the designer.

From prototype to edition

Product development

A fireproof paper lamp prototype, the development and production of an edition of 30 leather handbags with a structural Corian edge, or the production system behind thousands of sunglass frames made in Kraftflex. If you’re at the sketch stage, we develop a prototype. If you already have one, we turn it into something that can scale.

A single copy

Rings in stainless steel, in Corian, or in resin with mineral filler. Turning, CNC milling, sandblasting, polishing. Up to five processes combined in pieces barely a couple of centimeters across, each developed for a single unit. It’s not crazy, it’s where we feel most at home.

Your own standard

Needing R&D doesn’t make it impossible.
It just means more time and budget to develop its own standard.
